Two days, one field, one plan.
Capital Cultures is a free two-day multicultural festival planned for 7–8 August 2027 at LeBreton Flats Park in Ottawa, Ontario, where each community runs its own pavilion and keeps what its counter takes. Permits from the City of Ottawa and the National Capital Commission are pending. The whole weekend lives on seven pages, and every one of them says where it stands today. What happens on the ground, who takes a pavilion, where the kitchens are, how you reach the site, what we owe a visitor who needs a flat path, and the questions people already write in.

Six lines are settled. The size of the first edition is settled on one day in February 2027, at the meeting that counts confirmed cash, and this page carries whichever answer that meeting gives.
